This crystal takes its name from Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon — and it is easy to see why. Its milky, glowing appearance and the way it catches and refracts light feels distinctly lunar.

Benefits

Widely regarded as one of the most powerful healing crystals, Selenite connects deeply with the third eye, crown and etheric chakras. It is said to encourage purity of spirit and honesty, helping anyone who holds it to be truly honest with themselves.
